We are inviting applications for a range of roles in the financial services sector. The roles include: Finance Associate - Tech Operations, Finance Associate - Ventures (VC Group), Senior Finance - Ventures (VC Group), Senior Finance Associate – Cash Flow (Credit), Senior Finance Associate, Credit (lending group), Tax Associate/Senior Associate—Management Company (corporate), Crypto Finance Manager, and Tax Manager—Real Estate (RE funds). These roles are located in Boston, Massachusetts. The selected individuals will be part of a private investment firm and will handle various tasks related to finance and asset management.

Responsibilities:

• Handle account reconciliation tasks with precision and efficiency.

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation to ensure financial integrity.

• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.

• Maintain the general ledger and ensure its accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare and post journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial operations and reporting.

• Conduct month-end close procedures to finalize financial transactions for the period.

• Utilize NetSuite for various financial operations and reporting.

• Work with Oracle for various financial operations and reporting.

• Use SAP for various financial operations and reporting.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required

Big4 or Top7, or Public/Private experience required

CPA or MBA preferred

Previous accounting experience with some asset management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, Real Estate, etc. exposure.
