Job Description
Boston University School of Law is seeking to hire a part-time lecturer to teach Antitrust Law during the Spring 2022 semester. The four-credit class is scheduled to meet twice a week, in person, on the BU Law campus.
Antitrust Law
This course introduces students to the complex set of laws that govern business competition in the United States, the principles underlying antitrust law enforcement and the current debate about the appropriate limits of antitrust law and whether to amend existing law. In addition to case law, this course will cover federal enforcement agency policy guidelines and statements and basic economic principles used by the enforcement agencies and courts in administering the law.
A JD degree, plus deep substantive knowledge and expertise in antitrust law, are required. Prior law school teaching experience is strongly preferred. Applicants should email a letter of interest and a resume to Stacey Dogan, Associate Dean of Academic Affairs, at lawappts@bu.edu.
We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. We are a VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
