The Campus Housing Recruiter - Worcester is the public face of MCPHS housing options for students on the Worcester campus. Unlike traditional dormitory-style campus housing, MCPHS properties are apartment-style units of various sizes, price points and amenities. The role is responsible for achieving and maintaining full occupancy, and serving as the student relationship manager.

Contact all admitted students and log all telephone, email, and in-person visits in the CRM system Provide compelling descriptions of properties, amenities, features and benefits to prospective residents Meet with prospective renters and take them on tours of the units that interest them Meet with current students who live off campus and convert them to campus housing Follow up with prospective renters Research and be knowledgeable on the Worcester-area apartment rental competitive environment, and understanding of why some students do not take advantage of University housing Establish rapport with residents, provide personalized service, and maintain positive resident relations Monitor and facilitate renewals and maintain high retention rates Recruit and manage current student references & advocates Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments and escalate to the appropriate department Ensure units are ready for residents on move-in day Oversee external vendors onsite service delivery Collaborate with Admission Department on recruitment events and activities

Required: Persuasive marketing and sales skills Experience in previous relevant customer service. Excellent problem solving and ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer service orientation Bachelor?s degree Knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot a plus
