Colleges of the Fenway Position Opening at Colleges of the Fenway in Boston, Massachusetts

This position supports the student registration and front office needs of Professional and Continuing Education. The position was vacated through moves within the department. The position needs to be staff due to the sensitive nature of handling student records.

Provide primary customer service support by phone, email and in person for PCE students, faculty and college staff. Register students in classes using Colleague software; provide reports from Colleague as required. Coordinate maintenance of records and student files. Assist in coordination of effective front office staffing. Support operational functions including web updates, communication internal and external. Work with supervisor in maintaining an efficient, effective and responsive front office environment. Provide support for special programs run through Professional and Continuing Education.
