Super Soccer Stars Coaching P/T Weekend Youth Soccer Instructor - Boston in Boston, Massachusetts

Super Soccer Stars is Boston's most-popular early childhood development soccer program and we are looking to grow our team of qualified and experienced early childhood teachers, and energetic and motivated coaches in and around Boston. Using non-competitive, imagery-based curriculum sports activities to develop each individuals' motor skills and promote healthy lifestyles, our vision is to continue creating a unique and positive soccer culture that thrives on excitement, encouragement, development, and teamwork.

Super Soccer Stars is a fast moving, quickly growing, year-round sports organization reaching over 100,000 kids across the country weekly and offers its' employees flexible schedules, a pathway for growth and development, and a chance to interact with children. As a Part-Time Youth Soccer Instructor with Super Soccer Stars you will travel to different locations, experiencing different coaching styles and techniques, building strong and positive relationships, and teaching the FUNdamentals to children ages 12 months - 7 years.

Day-to-day Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Be the face and front line of Super Soccer Stars in each class - interact with parents, teachers, directors, and children daily.

  • Assist/Teach an energetic and motivating class, connect and challenge each child, and help them to accomplish motor development goals and inspire a love of movement and healthy habits in in an organized, structure, and fun manner.

  • Effectively and clearly communicate issues to the office and provide solutions.

  • Showing up on time to class, physically and mentally prepared (includes commuting time).

  • Equipment set-up and break-down.

  • Provide hands-on individual and group attention to children.

Compensation starts at $18-$40/per hour


  • Able and willing to travel up to 45-minutes one-way to get to class locations

  • Availability must include one or more of the following: Saturday mornings (8:30 am – 2 pm) and/or Sunday mornings (8:30am - 2pm)

  • Punctual, willing to learn and accept feedback.

  • Prior experience working with children preferred.

  • Must be motivated, energetic, patient, and attentive

  • Hands-on, dynamic, and outgoing.
