Job Description
The Recruiting Manager for the Carroll Graduate School of Management is responsible for the development and implementation of all on-campus
recruiting activities and off campus site interviews for the Carroll School
Graduate Business students including MBA, MSF and MSA students.
This role
serves as the on-campus/internal relationship manager for all corporate
recruiters and is expected to increase the number, quality and range of
on-campus recruiters by a minimum of 25% on average during any recruiting
cycle.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $56,700 to $70,900; salary commensurate with relevant experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree plus minimum of 3 years of related experience; Master’s degree preferred; Minimum of 2 years full-time professional higher education relationship management/career office administrative work experience
Experience working with diverse student populations
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Evidence of ability to meet aggressive recruitment goals. Understanding of the corporate recruiting process at top business schools, with a particular understanding of the type of companies, industries, and functional areas into which MBA, MSF and MSA candidates are hired (financial, financial services, consulting, marketing, and application of information technology).
Ability to work with a wide range of constituencies and to establish strong emphasis on customer satisfaction. Prior corporate (private sector, for-profit) experience in a recruiting manager or related capacity strongly desired.
Experience in a graduate business school career services and placement center is a plus.
Evening and weekend work may be required especially during peak seasons.
