About the role
We are looking for a Reward Transformation Lead to join our high-performing Reward team. Reporting to the SVP of Reward, this is a strategic role with no direct reports initially, offering a unique opportunity to shape how we operate and deliver impact to the business.
This role goes beyond technical reward expertise – it's about transformation and innovation. We’re evolving how we work, how we deliver on our key HR transformational goals and how we manage stakeholders through our annual cycles of activity. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Reward, bringing fresh perspectives to how we engage with stakeholders, drive efficiency, and enhance our strategic contribution.
This position does not have direct reports initially but will act as a key driver of transformation, partnering with HR senior leadership, other CoEs and external stakeholders to redefine how the function delivers value and increase productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of Reward operations, defining and implementing new ways of working.
Establish clear frameworks for how the team delivers to and communicates with the business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Ensures Reward delivers for key HR transformational goals in a timely and exceptional manner.
Refine the annual reward cycle, optimizing processes and collateral for planning, execution, and governance.
Evaluate and refine current reward structures, identifying opportunities for efficiency and simplification.
Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to further integrate Reward into broader transformation initiatives.
Enhance the team’s approach to data, analytics, and insights to improve decision-making. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of transformation initiatives, making iterative improvements as needed.
Define and implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes and frameworks.
Act as a thought leader in reward transformation, staying ahead of market trends and best practices.
Engage with external vendors and consultants to leverage industry-leading solutions.
About You

Experience in large, complex organizations or consultancy firms.
A ‘can do’ attitude with a bias for problem solving, using initiative and driving outcomes.
Experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR transformation roles in large complex organisations preferred.
Proven expertise in designing and delivering high impact transformation initiatives preferred.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, drive evidence-based decision-making and communicate complex topics simply.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with experience working across senior leadership.
Understanding of reward processes, governance, and compliance requirements.
Experience leveraging HR technology and analytics tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Ability to lead change management efforts, driving cultural and operational shifts.
Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts in a professional, clear and compelling way.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with agile methodologies in HR transformation or working in an agile way to deliver multiple projects for various stakeholders simultaneously.
