In SAP data and analytics at PwC, you will specialise in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyse client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilisation of SAP data and analytics tools. Working in this area, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualisations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimise their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity
As part of the SAP Data and Analytics team you shall lead the creation and implementation of impactful data migration strategies. As a Director you shall set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making significant decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. You shall be crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders, fostering a healthy working environment and enhancing client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of data migration strategies
Set the strategic direction for the SAP Data and Analytics team
Drive business development initiatives and identify growth opportunities
Make impactful decisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree
12 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Possessing thought leader-level SAP Data Migration technical experience
Utilizing SAP ETL Tools (BODS/ADM/ADMM) with advanced SQL skills
Working knowledge of SAP S4/ECC/ABAP
Experience in 5 or more End-to-End Implementations in SAP
Knowledge of SAP data dependencies across functional domains
Proficiency in SAP MDG for data governance, SAP Datasphere, SAC for Data Analytics
Designing ETL jobs to extract, cleanse, validate, and transform data
Creating and executing load programs to load data into SAP
Utilizing Data Quality module of Data Services including cleansing, matching, and de-duplication
Developing data quality routines with real-time trigger-based alerts
Understanding of SAP Data Services (BODS) and SAP Syniti ADM/ADMM
Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping
Utilizing data validation, data security, and data sensitivity requirements
Growing business within industry sectors and supporting RFPs
Implementing technology-enabled business solutions adeptly for clients
Exhibiting written, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills
Leveraging problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Completing peer review of documentation
Managing, mentoring, and leading a team, both onshore and offshore

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
