Boston University SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Questrom Registrars Office, Questrom School of Business in BOSTON, Massachusetts
This position provides valuable operational and project-based support for the Questrom Registrars Office (QRO), as well as collaborations with the Decision Support Team. Reporting to the Associate Director of System Administration & Operations, the position maintains office operational procedures, coordinates purchasing, assists the Assistant Registrar with managing the work of work study students, supports office meetings or special events, and assists with ad hoc projects as needed. The Senior Program Coordinator also coordinates registration and course scheduling projects as well as supporting the entry and cleaning of data and related reports. The position also serves as a point of contact to help analyze and resolve problems and direct questions to appropriate team staff. Under the supervision of the Associate Director, works with colleagues in the QRO and around Questrom in assisting in the delivery of academic services provided by the by contributing to a variety of operational procedures, maintaining student records, and ensuring the accuracy of curricular information. Coordinates special registration projects and populations, analyzes and resolves problems as they arise, liaises with the Office of the University Registrar, and provides data reports for a variety of ad hoc requests.

Associate's degree required, Bachelor's preferred. Candidate must have one to three years of prior work experience in an administrative role, ideally in an academic setting. Solid understanding of Microsoft Office suite such as Word and Excel. This position is 35 hours per week.
