Boston University SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, Questrom School of Business, Undergraduate Programs in BOSTON, Massachusetts
Reporting directly to the Assistant Dean, manage all customer service and reception area operations for the Undergraduate Academic & Career Development Center (UDC) as well as conduct and coordinate the selection, processing, supervision, and assignment of work-study staff in a high-traffic and complex environment. This position requires knowledge of all UDC programs and services and will provide general on the spot advising on both academic and career matters, including understanding and answering broader University questions and resources, explaining University and Questrom policies and procedures, and making referrals where appropriate. This position also manages the department email address, ensuring quality customer service by responding to all email questions in an accurate and timely manner. In addition, this position responds to questions and concerns from non-student stakeholders, including faculty, parents, and School/University administration.

B.A./B.S. required, proficiency in MS Office, strong oral and written communication skills, demonstrated experience in administrative support and process management and one to three years of experience in a high-volume, customer service environment.
