Boston University SENIOR PROGRAM COORDINATOR, School of Law, Student Services in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Sr. Program Coordinator will assist the Director of Legal Writing and Appellate Advocacy Program.

  • Providing materials to lecturers and adjunct instructors

  • Answering student queries

  • Organizing meetings and events for the Program

  • Working with attorney and judge participants

  • Maintaining necessary equipment for the Programs

  • Arrange travel, schedule events, and provide administrative support for student participants in programs

  • Monitor and manage budgets and websites for both the Lawyering and Appellate Advocacy Programs

  • Provide administrative support to Director, Associate Director, and Lawyering Program Lecturers

Required Skills

  • Two years of college or equivalent, B.A./B.S. preferred

  • One to three years of experience required

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
