Sr. Program Coordinator - Boston

• Assisting with the new and existing student process

• Sending welcome emails

• Enrolling students in the Department laboratories

• Assisting students with the selection of their courses

• Directing student inquiries to the proper person/Department

• Updating various systems with current and corrective information

• Requesting/Preparing reports, including mailing lists, to address issues within the Department.

• Requesting/Prepare exception reports of students registrations

• Requesting/Preparing exception reports of students taking an excess number of courses

• After an appropriate introduction period, answering, with assistance from the existing staff, students inquiries and registration questions

  Key proficiencies

• Proficient in data bases such as Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Power BI, and share drives

• Knowledge of SharePoint would be a plus. Or the ability to learn this data base

• Very good oral communication skills

• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time

• Ability to work independently after demonstrating knowledge of the task

• Team oriented

• Ability to work to deadlines

  On-site for 1st 4 weeks, potential hybrid after training
