Assisting with the new and existing student process
Sending welcome emails
Enrolling students in the Department laboratories
Assisting students with the selection of their courses
Directing student inquiries to the proper person/Department
Updating various systems with current and corrective information
Requesting/Preparing reports, including mailing lists, to address issues within the Department.
Requesting/Prepare exception reports of students registrations
Requesting/Preparing exception reports of students taking an excess number of courses
After an appropriate introduction period, answering, with assistance from the existing staff, students inquiries and registration questions
Proficient in data bases such as Google Spreadsheets, Excel, Power BI, and share drives
Knowledge of SharePoint would be a plus. Or the ability to learn this data base
Very good oral communication skills
Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
Ability to work independently after demonstrating knowledge of the task
Ability to work to deadlines
On-site for 1st 4 weeks, potential hybrid after training
