Job Title: Senior Research Administrator
Job Description
Responsible for the daily administrative operations of defined research areas including grant and contract proposal preparation and approval, establishment of account infrastructure, management of financial transactions, preparation of regular reporting on status of funding and approval of research expenditures.
Responsibilities
Prepare and approve grant and contract proposals.
Establish and maintain account infrastructure.
Manage financial transactions related to research projects.
Prepare regular reports on the status of funding.
Approve research expenditures.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in grants and research administration
NIH grant experience
clinical grant experience
Work Environment
100% remote. If local, occasional office visits are ideal but not required. Remote work is approved in certain states: NH, MA, CT, RI, ME, OR, and VT. This role supports the Cardiology Department and reports directly to the Manager for Cardiology. The institution offers a great environment for longevity and growth with a balance of independent work and specialized support.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
This is a direct placement. The client will provide benefits related to PTO, holiday, sick, 401k. The client will present these benefits to the candidate once they have issued an offer.
