Boston University SENIOR STAFF COORDINATOR, College of Arts & Sciences, Graduate School in BOSTON, Massachusetts

  • Manage the reception area of the administrative offices (Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, and Student Services) for the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences.

  • Manage the flow of information to graduate students, faculty, department administrators, and the general public by answering all phone calls, emails and greeting all visitors.

  • Provide administrative support to staff in Graduate Financial Aid and Admissions, and when needed, in Graduate Records and Student Services.

  • Assist with electronic document management for various GRS databases.

  • Send email notification of approvals for GRS initiatives and events, in addition to managing calendar and appointments for GRS Associate Dean.

Required Skills

A cover letter is required for consideration.

  • Associate's degree or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • One to three years of experience.
