SENIOR STAFF COORDINATOR, School of Social Work, Academic Affairs
Provide administrative support to the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs in the implementation of the MSW and PhD programs and those SSW Standing and ad hoc committees/teams that promote excellence in the MSW and PhD programs. Oversee end-of-semester course evaluation distribution, collection, summary analysis, and archives. Maintain confidential student problem resolution and status review files database, archive, and prepare annual summary data. Coordinate with Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and the Director of the PhD program to provide assistance to faculty as needed.
Associate's degree required, B.A./B.S. preferred, strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to maintain confidentiality, detail-oriented, work experience. Must include cover letter and three to five years of experience in order to be considered.
