This position will be responsible for:

  • Participating in the daily operation of the PPOC’s Behavioral Health Integration Program (BHIP), and serving as a key resource to the Program Manager and the BHIP operations team.

  • At the direction of the Program Manager, serving as the primary clinical and operational consultant and primary point of contact for member practices enrolled in the program.

  • Providing clinical supervision and support to integrated behavioral health providers (BHPs), and assisting practices in making linkages to the broader behavioral health system to ensure continuity of care for youth and families.

To qualify, you must have:

  • The knowledge of theories, principles, and concepts acquired through completion of a Master's degree in Social Work and five years’ related experience.

  • The analytical skills to resolve highly complex problems requiring the application of clinical, scientific or technical principles, theories and concepts and in depth, cross functional experienced based knowledge.

  • Communication skills in order to effectively deal with conflicting views or issues and mediate fair solutions, or well developed writing skills.

  • Fluency in Spanish may be required.

  • Current Massachusetts state licensure as an Independent Clinical Social Worker is required.

  • The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.

WESTERN MASS position-The primary worksite for this job will be the PPOC office in Northampton, MA
