The Special Projects Administrator is responsible for managing the Deans' Office programs and initiatives, supporting the Dean and Associate Deans, in particular the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives, to develop and manage special projects and initiatives for the College, and providing administrative and event support for the Associate Deans of the Faculty.
Essential Functions:
Support the Dean, the Associate Dean for Strategic Initiatives and the Associate Deans of Faculty as relevant, to develop and manage special projects and initiatives for the College
Calendars management
Manage Program and Initiatives in the Dean's Office
Organize events/meetings, process travel expense reimbursement
Provide back up support to Deans Executive Assistant
Required Skills
A cover letter is required for consideration.
B.A./B.S. and 3 years of related office experience required
Professional demeanor as well as excellent organizational, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work with a diverse population
Training will be provided to ensure success, but a close attention to detail is needed
