Job Description

One of our largest and most reputable Construction Management clients is looking for a Sr. Superintendent to join their Boston, MA operations and play a pivotal role in working on the expansion and revamp of a major convention center. This addition to the team will come in and assist with all stages of the construction process from an MEP standpoint. This will include assisting with high-level decision making, cost estimation, scheduling, construction administration, documentation, building management and building maintenance. The client is ideally looking for an MEP subject matter expert who has vast field experience and is able to give high-level MEP approvals / signoffs on large scale projects. The Sr. Superintendent will be overseeing the electrical aspect of this highly complex project, which is why an MEP background or exposure is preferred. If this individual does not come from an in-depth MEP background, he/she should have a strong background as a senior level Superintendent working on complex commercial projects (ideally within the high-rise, healthcare, life sciences or higher education space). Skills and Requirements

- Bachelors degree in engineering, Construction Management or related discipline

- 10+ years of high-level Superintendent experience at a Construction Management organization working on complex commercial projects

- Exposure to the MEP space, ideally electrical specifically

- Outstanding organizational skills as well as strong oral & written communication skillset

- Ability to work well with internal and external teams and manage / oversee individuals - Subject matter expert in the MEP space

- Unrestricted CSL in Massachusetts null
