Robert Half's marketing & creative client is looking for a Sr. Designer for a 2-month contract to cover an employee leave. This is a remote; 40-hour-per-week opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to work eastern (EST) hours. The Sr. Designer wcontribute to the end-to-end development of creative assets and maintain brand consistency across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate has expertise in clean, modern design for B2B audiences, proficiency in PowerPoint, and the technical ability to create digital, web, presentation, branding, and social content. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to extend the visual identity of the brand, execute compelling designs, and support business goals. Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot and knowledge of web design/UX principles are strong assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce high-quality creative assets including web pages, presentations, brochures, social media content, email campaigns, and other materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business goals

• Develop B2B design collateral to support a variety of campaigns, product launches, and communications

• Collaborate closely with teams across marketing, product, and leadership

• Extend and enhance the brand’s visual identity through consistent and thoughtful design execution across all platforms

• Apply UX principles to create intuitive and engaging web designs and digital content

• Design email campaigns within HubSpot

• Transform complex concepts into clear, visually appealing designs tailored to various audiences

Requirements

• Degree in design, marketing, or related

• 4+ years of graphic design experience within a B2B environment

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical, life sciences, biotech, or healthcare industries preferred

• Portfolio of relevant design samples

• Strong presentation design skills

• Knowledge of UX best practices

• Familiarity with designing in HubSpot a plus

• Adobe Creative Suite

• PowerPoint

• Basic HTML/CSS skills a plus

• Detail-oriented

• Ability to handle a high-volume of work in a fast-paced environment

• Self-starter
