Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians Urology Moonlighter in Boston, Massachusetts
The Department of Surgery and the Division of Urology at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC) seeks to recruit a per diem moonlighter to provide inpatient call coverage for the Urology service for both the East and West Campuses. The moonlighter will also be required to assist in the operating room while on call. The urology moonlighter will have the same basic clinical responsibility profile as a chief urology resident. Shifts are offered on a monthly basis: 6pm to 6am Thursday (2 per month) and 6pm Saturday to 6am Sunday (weekly). Coverage of these shifts is shared by all participating Urology moonlighters. No academic appointment is associated with this position.
Successful completion of an accredited urological surgical residency program.
Full medical license to practice in Massachusetts, Mass. Controlled Substance Registration and Federal DEA.
Candidates must provide documentation of malpractice coverage.
Pay is $100 per hour and $120 per hour for recognized hospital holidays.
