Our client in Cleveland, OH has an immediate opening for a Virtual Classroom Producer.

Essential job functions:

The Virtual Classroom Producer has responsibility for producing global virtual classroom events. This individual coordinates all of the activities required to produce a successful virtual classroom experience including, training instructors to use the webcast technology and being an expert on the webcast technology. Personal organization and execution are essential to delivering top quality training deliverables on time and on budget.

The Producer is responsible for the entire coordination of virtual programs (webcasting) from request through post-program delivery. The Producer will be required to produce event/session deliverables on time and on budget. The Producer job will require the use a defined processes and toolsets to provide consistent high-level service to customers. Daily interactions providing status of deliverables to customers is key to success in this job. In addition, the individual will be required to proactively manage budgets, issues and overall customer/account team expectations and escalate to management as needed. The Producer will be required to team with both the customer/account team and others to deliver high quality events. The ability to listen effectively, resolve issues, problem solve, add value, advise on virtual presentation effectiveness and facilitate customer interactions will lead to effective customer relationship management and success in this role. Planning and organizing abilities are a must for individuals to work through the numerous tasks associated with successfully delivering a learning event. The Producer will also require strong instructional design skills with a focus on virtual learning in order to facilitate content development for the virtual programs. Technical knowledge regarding telecommunications, networking, intranet/internet, and firewalls is required to troubleshoot virtual programs. Instructor-Led facilitation experience is mandatory along with a subspecialty in virtual environment facilitation. Also strong customer-facing skills are needed when interacting directly with the client. Ability to work in a global setting (i.e., early mornings, late nights) is required when delivering international programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive request and schedule the event in the technology platform

• Draft participant and leader communications

• Schedule leader rehearsal

• Be proficient with the technology platform including file sharing, breakout rooms, slide presentations, chat and Q&A features

• Provide post-program reports

• Be available to work flexible hours in order to accommodate a global client’s schedule

Additional Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:

Experience in WebEx (Event and Training Center), Webcaster and Adobe. The role successfully manages behind the scenes those things that make a virtual session successful. (Client interaction, setting up slide decks for presenters, assisting learners with connection issues, moving learners to breakout room, launching and closing polls, etc.)

The producer handles all pre-session communication with the client along with all set up. After successfully producing the webcast, the producer is responsible for completing all required documentations, forms and communication.

The producer must carry themselves professionally at all times with the client.

• BA or BS in instructional design or related field

• Knowledge of WebEx, Webcaster and/or Adobe Connect preferred

Client required criminal background check, education verification and drug screen required.
