We are looking for an experienced and motivated Compressed Air Equipment Install Technician to join our team. As an Install Technician, you will serve as an ambassador for our company, managing the installation of air compressors, dryers, tanks, nitrogen generators, vacuum systems, and all related compressed air products. Services will be performed on-site and on-demand to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Pay: $28 - $30 per hour

Job Title: Compressed Air Equipment Installer

Position Type: Full-time

Location: Brockton, MA

Key Responsibilities:

• Install heavy equipment including air compressors, nitrogen generators, vacuum systems, and associated equipment.

• Install necessary piping for air systems, ensuring specifications are met for each job.

• Accurately measure, mark, and cut aluminum and copper pipe as required.

• Maintain a positive attitude and a desire to help grow an existing sales & service business.

• Care for and maintain a company vehicle.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Pipefitting experience is required.

• Plumbing or mechanical experience is a plus.

• Excellent customer service and consultative skills.

• Ability to work well in a team environment.

• Strong work ethic with the ability to work under minimal supervision.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with engineering, technical support, sales, management, and customers.

• Thorough understanding of products and equipment used in manufacturing.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong time management skills, with the proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

• Full-time position, Monday through Friday.

• Occasional evening and weekend work may be required based on job duties.

Travel Requirements:

• Occasional overnight travel may be required, but this is an exception.

Required Education and Experience:

• Previous field experience working with compressed air equipment is highly desired.

• 2-3 years of experience in a service-based organization is required.

Required Licenses and Certifications:

• Must have a valid, unexpired driver’s license.

• Clean driving record is required.
