About the Job:
As the L&D Specialist you will provide administrative and project support to the North American Learning and Development Group. This role will be a key point of contact with the MBS organization and support the implementation the of L&D strategy and curriculum.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Maintain the 2019 L&D catalog of programs and curriculum across North American sites. Schedule dates of learning programs, oversee logistics and coordination provided by shared services, primary point of contact for program questions.
Act as a contributing team member on RFP vendor selection process. Schedule initial meetings with vendors, maintain critical competency tracking and rating sheet
Assist in creation of Regional Hub Learning model and liaise with Learning Ambassadors
Create and maintain monthly dashboard of NA L&D and T&D metrics
Be the primary point of contact for learning and development training vendors.
Administer the HR4YOU MyLearning Learning Management System
Develop and maintain vendor measurement metrics
Oversee MSA and creation of POs. Manage budget in collaboration with Head of Learning and Development.
Lead Communications project to include marketing and communication of L&D strategy to North American sites, communication toolkits, creation of NA L&D EVA page, support and attendance at Road Shows
Collaborate with HRBPs and Business Leaders as needed to support the North America L&D and Talent teams
Support other L&D projects as needed
Working hours: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

--Demonstrated ability to handle high complexity projects
--Strong communication & collaboration skills
--Excellent computer skills, including experience with Power Point and Excel are critical
--Demonstrated ability to work appropriately with confidential information
--Ability to work with all levels of the organization
For consideration you must have-
--A Bachelor's degree
--1+ year of related experience working within the L&D function
--1+ year of experience managing an LMS platform
--1+ year of experience partnering with vendors and managing vendor relationships
