Leads Executive Education coaching operations. Collaborates with coaching colleagues, program delivery teams and key partners to ensure operational success of coaching component in Executive Education programs. Reports to Director, Executive Coaching, Executive Education.
Creates and refines processes to support growth, leveraging best-practices across broad portfolio of programs. Manages team and key partnerships. Prioritizes workload, leveraging Salesforce and tying in to broader program operations and planning. Manages ExEd coaching ops through entire program planning cycle, including: work w/director & faculty who map out content/curriculum; collaborate w/ team, coaches, & vendors; partner w/delivery teams; and evaluate usage data. Involved in creating and analyzing metrics and timelines.
