ADMISSIONS COORDINATOR, System Design and Management Program-Integrated Design and Management (IDM) Program, to be responsible for the admissions process, including recruiting prospective students, processing applications, advising in the applicant screening process, and supporting logistics for admissions related events for the IDM Program. Will have full responsibility for the IDM admissions cycle from prospective student status through orientation and onboarding; work closely with the IDM director and the program administrator; serve as the primary contact regarding all prospective applicant matters pertaining to admissions; and provide support for the recruitment of IDM students.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a minimum of one year of admissions or related experience; a bachelor’s degree; strong organizational, computer, and communication skills; ability to interface effectively with students, faculty, Institute, and corporate officials at all levels; ability to work in a team-oriented environment; proven ability to resolve problems effectively and tactfully and to work in an environment that requires close attention to details; ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student records; and ability to effectively communicate with international applicants. Must be able to work occasional nights and weekends. Domestic travel may also be required.
