Additional Qualifications:Masters degree preferred. Previous experience developing successful comprehensive (i.e. both domestic and international) recruitment and marketing strategies strongly preferred. Familiarity with Technolutions Slate or similar CRM system a plus. Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills; strong presentation skills. Ability to work under and meet tight deadlines is essential. Department:AdmissionsPre-Employment Screening:Education, IdentityJob Function:Faculty & Student Services Duties & Responsibilities:Reporting to and in collaboration with the Director of Admissions, this position develops and leads the marketing and recruitment strategy for the office. Working as a team with the Associate Director and Director of Admissions, responsible for strategic planning and initiatives designed to increase overall number, quality, and diversity of the applicant pool. Proposes, leads, and manages the execution of an innovative recruitment strategy (e.g., on-campus, off-campus, and virtual events) both domestically and abroad, with a goal of enrolling a talented and diverse student body. In partnership with the Director of Admissions and the Director of Marketing, manages the overall marketing strategy (e.g., digital, social media, publications) for the office, including development of campaigns and analysis of metrics to inform future strategy. Manages a team of three Assistant Directors of Admissions. Responsible for managing associated recruitment and marketing lines in budget, including reallocation of resources as necessary based on results of metrics analysis. Organizes and represents HGSE at on-campus, off-campus, and virtual events, including developing and facilitating presentations for a wide range of groups. Counsels prospective applicants/students regarding degree offerings and admissions process. Serves as liaison between the Admissions Office and program faculty directors and staff, as well as other offices. Oversees admissions process and committee work for several degree programs, working autonomously and as a team member. Evaluates applications for a portfolio of degree programs. Manages financial certification process. Serves as a resource to faculty and staff on marketing to and recruiting diverse domestic and international populations. As member of Admissions team, contribute at all levels as needed. Handle special projects as needed.
