    Job Description

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, ADMISSIONS RECRUITING, Sloan School of Management, to support the development of an annual global recruiting calendar (with a focus on the MBA and Sloan Fellows MBA programs) based on strategy set by senior associate director. Will present at virtual and in-person recruiting events, schedule and facilitate information sessions at various industry partners (consulting firms, financial institutions, etc.), drive implementation of conversion strategy, support the successful execution of preview days and admit events, and manage alumni relationships. Responsibilities will include ensuring the appropriate mix of virtual and in person events; identifying locations, determining dates, and working with operations team to secure venues for off-campus events, incorporating partner organization events (i.e., Forte, GMAC, etc.) into the calendar; presenting the mission/message of MIT Sloan as well as an overview of the application process; facilitating student and alumni panels; and curating alumni panels for all off-campus events. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor's degree; three years of college admissions experience; strong project management skills including ability to scope and lead complex projects, set priorities, meet deadlines, motivate project teams, and manage budgets; excellent presentation and communication skills; willingness to collaborate and work toward a team’s success; an interest in engaging within the community and building diversity and inclusion; ability to influence, coach, and develop others; comfort with domestic and international travel; and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) proficiency. Seek a self-directed and proactive individual who focuses on impact and outcome, is interested in learning and fostering innovation and experimentation, and can manage ambiguity and navigate change.
