ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, MASTER OF FINANCE CAREER ADVISING AND EDUCATION, Sloan School of Management, to join the team supporting Sloan’s Master of Finance (MFin) graduate students. Will provide individualized advice and design and deliver strategic career development programming to help students identify and achieve their career goals; develop and deliver career development workshops in both small and large group settings, online/on-demand, and in-person; participate in planning and executing career programming for MFin students, including prematriculation career exploration, summer Career Boot Camp, and on-going Career Core workshops; serve as an active participant in the MIT finance ecosystem, collaborating with faculty, staff and student clubs, and engaging with key employers and recruiting partners; and collaborate with the Employer Relations and Recruiting team to share company insights with students, surface new employment opportunities, and gather actionable feedback to continuously improve career education. REQUIRED: bachelor's degree (master's preferred); a minimum of five years’ professional work experience, preferably in finance, career development, and/or corporate recruiting; solid knowledge of analyst- and associate-level finance careers; high level of comfort presenting to both large and small groups; strong coaching and collaboration skills; self-motivation; comfort with instructional design; and excellent communication skills.
