CREATIVE LEARNING COORDINATOR, Media Lab-Lifelong Kindergarten Group (LLK), to develop creative learning activities and coordinate educational initiatives for children and educators around the world. Responsibilities will include coordinating and supporting LLK educational initiatives to promote creative learning experiences for young people and educators around the world; serving as lead liaison for select global partners; developing and facilitating creative learning activities and workshops; coordinating project meetings and events for educators and educational partners; collaborating on the development of case studies and learning resources; documenting and preparing reports on creative learning initiatives; serving as a lead organizer for LLK educational events; and other duties as assigned. LLK (https://www.media.mit.edu/groups/lifelong-kindergarten/overview/) is an international leader in the development of creative learning technologies and activities for young people, with a wide range of collaborations with educational organizations and foundations. Its initiatives impact millions of educators and young people around the world, with a focus on supporting the needs and interests of young people furthest from educational justice. Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least two years of administrative and/or project/program management experience; experience facilitating online and in-person events for educators and learners; experience organizing and facilitating activities for participants from diverse backgrounds; deep understanding of ideas and strategies for supporting creative learning; experience with research and evaluation of education initiatives; ability to collaborate as part of a team and work independently; and excellent organizational, writing, and communication skills. PREFERRED: master's in education or learning sciences and global education experience. Job #20347-6
