As Director of Admissions and Financial Aid, you will:
Manage LL.M. candidate evaluation process, personally reviewing a large number of the 1,600+ applications each year, and supervising other reviewers to ensure consistency and timeliness of review process.
Work with faculty and Graduate Committee to select and enroll LL.M. class, and helps formulate and implement admissions and financial aid policies.
Manage a budget of approximately $5,000,000 in grants and loans, evaluating financial need and overseeing aid decisions for LL.M. and SJD students.
Supervise the following operations: evaluation of applications to Visitors Program and recommending acceptances; billing for LL.M.s, SJDs and Visitors, and disbursement of financial aid; preparation and delivery of information (in all media) to prospective and admitted students; preparation of statistical and other reports to the Graduate Committee and other Harvard offices; liaison with Harvard International Office on visa matters, ensuring compliance with visa regulations; maintenance and enhancement of admissions and financial aid database and information systems.
Support alumni relations and development activities.
Perform other duties and tasks related to Institute leadership as needed.
