Whatyou get to do in this role:
Instructional Design: Apply deep knowledge of adult learning theory to modern learning approaches to build impactful digital and blended learning experiences that can rapidly respond to changing business needs. You will lead and engage in every step in the design process, from discovery/needs analysis through iterative implementation and evaluation.
Partnership: Work successfully with internal stakeholders and external partners to design impactful and scalable learning experiences
Facilitation: Serve as an exceptionally engaging facilitator that sets the standard for inspirational and energizing learning experiences
Yourkey responsibilities in this role:
Designs and develops high-quality impactful learning solutions to address key capability gaps across the business with minimal oversight
Produces learning design deliverables including storyboards, facilitation scripts, presentations, learner guides, interactive learning exercises, with a strong focus on
o action learning including business scenarios, case studies, knowledge checks / assessment
o micro-learning and video-learning
o social learning
o mobile learning
Consults and partners with subject-matter experts in the organization to co-develop learning solutions that scale to meet the needs of our diverse workforce
Partners with digital learning solutions to design scalable, digital-first and blended learner-centric solutions fit for the modern workplace environment
Partners with learning engagement solutions to find creative and impactful ways to drive learning engagement and sustainment
Partners with the L&D operations team to successfully operationalize all learning solutions
Professionally facilitates to build a culture of trust and openness where people feel valued and able to make their maximum contribution
Maintains current knowledge of industry trends related to learning and development design and delivery
Keycapabilities you bring to this role:
Designs and develops user-centered evidence-based learning experiences supported by adult learning theory and best-in-class instructional standards
Leverages modern adult learning principles to design just-in-time, just-enough, relevant and highly accessible learning solutions
Flexibly architects agile / iterative design processes to produce quick results for the learner while adapting to constraints
Strong consultative skills; skillfully builds and maintains productive working relationships with subject-matter experts, business stakeholders and learners to assess needs and co-create impactful learning solutions
Successfully prioritizes concurrent projects; works well under pressure and uncertainty to ensure on-time and quality delivery

Minimumwork experience and education requirements
Significant and relevant proven experience in designing and delivering modern learning solutions in a corporate setting
Significant and relevant proven experience in designing impactful “soft skills” development content
Skilled in assimilating and curating content into meaningful learning journeys delivered through various media
Experienced in agile / iterative design and development process
Skilled in creating e-learning using such tools as Adobe CC, Articulate360/Storyline/ Captivate, and other video/audio editing and content development tools
Able to design to learning industry standards (SCORM/AICC/xAPI/etc.)
Able to write publication-ready learner-facing copy
High level of attention to detail
Experiences in design thinking methodology highly preferred
