Our client, a top independent biotech company, is currently seeking a Learning Consultant for a 6+ month contract opportunity. This position located in Cambridge, MA.

Overview & responsibilities for the position below;
The PO&T Learning Consultant applies their learning expertise, process, system and business knowledge to support the learning strategy that drives business outcomes locally/globally across PO&T.
The Learning Consultant conducts needs analyses, performance analyses and root cause analyses, analyzes systems, gathers data, and consults with the Site Learning Manager and Functional Learning Partners for recommendations on proposed solutions (learning or otherwise) to achieve performance goals.
Manages the curricula and learning assignments for site area of responsibility while ensuring global alignment, where appropriate. Maintains relationships with site based customers and global colleagues.
Provides updates to leadership as required. Performs assessment of changes requested by business and approves on behalf of learning.
Performs assessment of controlled documents for training impact. Makes recommendations to address any learning gaps or change in scope of audience. Supports audit activities as needed.
Acts as primary point of contact and maintains deep understanding of system and process functionality/improvements and how they apply globally.
The Learning Consultant with the Functional Learning Partner will drive globalization and standardization of learning for the organization.
The ideal candidate will hold an Advanced Degree in Learning, Psychology or related field coupled with 3+ years’ experience in a consultancy capacity. Seeking proven experience with conducting learning needs assessments, learning management systems and managing instructional design projects. Biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry experience strongly preferred.
