OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, ADMISSIONS, Sloan School of Management-Admissions, to manage the strategic work related to marketing, operations, recruiting activities, applicant evaluation, and the day-to-day operations of the Admissions Office for the MBA, Early MBA, Sloan Fellows MBA (SFMBA), Master of Business Analytics (MBAn), Master of Finance (MFin), and MSMS programs. Will manage event logistics either in person or using a virtual platform such as Slate or Zoom; process and troubleshoot application-related issues with the applicants and recommenders; manage and ensure the integrity of applicant and student data; oversee the logistics of scheduling interviews; provide customer service to all applicants and prospective students; serve as the lead contact for admitted students and manage the enrollment process; develop innovative solutions where precedents or procedures may not exist to improve departmental strategy and operations; nd train team members on the use and best practices of the Slate CRM, Zoom, and other platforms.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelor’s degree; at least two years of professional experience; ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; discretion and judgment with confidential information/issues; Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; demonstrated success in customer service; ability to multitask, set priorities, and meet deadlines; an appreciation of diverse cultures and backgrounds and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of constituencies; initiative; organizational skills; attention to detail; and excellent interpersonal and oral and written communication skills for representing Admissions and Sloan master’s programs to internal and external audiences.
