Reporting to the Global Head of Organization Design & Effectiveness, this position will lead and/or support designing, implementing, and optimizing cutting-edge organizational development practices that will contribute to the achievement of the company's short- and long-term goals.

Acting as a trusted consultant to People & Culture (P&C), Business leaders and People Business Partners (PBPs), the incumbent will provide expert guidance and implementation support on organizational capability and strategic workforce planning, organizational design, enterprise transformation, and culture development. This role will animate activities to provide the infrastructure to develop and execute organization design initiatives across multiple geographies or business units/functions (GBU/GF). As a member of the P&C Strategy and Portfolio CoE, the incumbent will be expected to work in close partnership with business leaders, project teams, and the rest of the P&C community across the geographies.

The incumbent will be strategic, knowledgeable about people & culture (human resources), organizational design practices, capability assessments, strategic workforce planning and enterprise transformation. Previous experience in global, regional, and country roles is highly preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with key project or business/function leaders to understand needs and deliver our organization design and effectiveness capability to the organization for large-scale transformations, projects and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with enterprise or global business unit/function (GBU/GF) stakeholders tocreatestrategies that align with business goals and cultural values, including priority setting, decision-making and monitoring/tracking.

  • Serve as an OD consultinglead on projects—identifyingorganization design implications and recommend actions.

  • Execute organizational assessments to understand future state needs, gather data and feedback to track progress, partner with country P&C on social processes, where needed, andprovide insights to guide continuous improvement.

  • Develop comprehensive materials that support impacted audience groups and aid understanding of the organization design process, including development of detailed implementation plans, future state visualizations, and role definitions.

  • Participate in our network of Organization Development Heads in the GBUs/GFs to support projects, initiatives and methodologies.

  • Contribute to our internal organization design capability for P&C including development of guides, playbooks, methodologies, etc., and support the upskilling of our P&C community where needed.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally working on organization design and effectiveness initiatives. International exposure is desirable.

  • A blend of consulting and/or in-house/industry work experience preferred

  • Knowledgeable in strategic workforce planning, organization design and effectiveness methodologies and tools, including modelling tools

  • Ability to manage initiatives in a cross-functional organization while being flexible and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations.

  • Ability to work successfully in multicultural teams and to build and maintain strong relationships with key local and global stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) to clearly articulate key messages to a variety of audiences.

  • Ability to practice efficient time management and coordinate tasks, working in an international environment across time zones.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with business acumen.

  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
