  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word and Excel.

Department:Program on Corporate GovernancePre-Employment Screening:Education, IdentitySchedule:

40h per week: Monday-Friday, 8 hour day

Requires availability for some overtime work during periods of need

Job Function:General Administration Job-Specific Responsibilities:

As a Program Administrator you will:

  • Provide a broad range of administrative and managerial support for the PCG Faculty Director as well as program activities, including conferences, events, fundraising, and hire processes.

  • Manage correspondence and communications with program sponsors and stakeholders, including independently drafting such correspondence and communications.

  • Interact with outside constituencies such as board members, law firms, corporations, prominent research organizations, as well as a variety of university administrators and staff members.

  • Manage conference logistics such as venue selection/management, invitations, RSVPs, catering, AV needs, travel, and program material preparations.

  • Oversee the work of the program coordinator and program associates and webmasters with respect to program events and fundraising.

  • Maintain and expand extensive database of contacts.

  • Contribute to and prepare first draft of program reports .

  • Administer the Program’s budget and the allocation of revenue and expenses among the various funds.

  • Carry out other administrative and managerial assignments as directed by the PCG Faculty Director.
