Department:HMS NeurobiologyPre-Employment Screening:Criminal, IdentitySchedule:35 hrs. per week / Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.Job Function:Research Duties & Responsibilities:The duties and responsibilities will include all aspects of electron microscopy (EM), including sample preparation, sectioning, staining, data acquisition, processing, and analysis. In addition, a number of basic laboratory duties will be performed, such as solution preparation, inventory, and purchasing. During some periods, a considerable amount of computer work will be required to trace reconstruct neurons that have been imaged with an electron microscope.
