Working Conditions:This position will be based in Cambridge, MA and will require a weekly on-campus presence. Individual flexible and hybrid work options for this role will be discussed during the interview process. Position Description:

Reports to the Assistant Director of Financial Aid for the Humanities & FAS Social Sciences and Senior Admissions Officer. Works with all aspects of the financial aid process, including admissions, recruiting, analyzing financial aid, and counseling A.M. and Ph.D. candidates concerning the application process, fellowship sources, loans and jobs. Manages the financial aid budgets for approximately one-third of the cohort Humanities and Social Sciences programs. Prepares aid packages and award letters, assigns restricted funds and gifts and administers a number of Harvard and outside grant and fellowship programs. Assists in updating office publications and interacts with related University offices. Related job duties as required.
