We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in Chelmsford, Massachusetts for an Accounting Manager. This role is primarily within the manufacturing industry, where the successful candidate will be responsible for leading corporate accounting functions, utilizing various accounting software systems, and managing global consolidations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead corporate accounting functions for the US region

• Utilize Hyperion SmartView, HFM and Excel for financial operations

• Handle foreign currency exchange and consolidations

• Manage inventory and conduct reconciliations

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, BlackLine, Concur, and ADP - Financial Services for financial management

• Oversee ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Supervise Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations

• Conduct auditing and manage billing functions

• Spend 3 days in-office, specifically on Wednesdays, for operational tasks

• Ensure the implementation of financial controls and adherence to policies.

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must.

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.

• Familiarity with BlackLine software is needed.

• Proficiency in using Concur software is necessary.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential.

• Ability to manage all Accounting Functions is required.

• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary.

• Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.

• Experience in Auditing is a must.

• Ability to manage Billing Functions effectively is necessary.
