Order Entry Specialist responsible for entering in high volume of orders each day from customers.

Typical Day:

-100+ orders/day

-Orders come in via phone, fax and email

-they might be checking on the status of their order or shipment)

-Deal with order to cash, POD, BOD in regards to orders

-Utilize ERP Software for Order Entry

-Order Tracking

-Order resolution

-New order generation and

-General product questions

-Other general questions or concerns

-working with field sales reps

Additional Skills & Qualifications

MUST HAVE:

-Order Entry Experience; Utilizing ERP Software

-Sales support

-Strong Computer Skills; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word,

NICE HAVES:

-High volume call center experience

-SAP Software

-Medical Device Experience

SOFT SKILLS:

-Phone savvy (Strong and clear communication)

-Detail Oriented

-Outgoing

-Reliable (Strong Attendance Record)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
