IMMEDIATE ORDER ENTRY/ORDER PROCESSING JOB OPPORTUNITY

MONDAY - FRIDAY 8AM-6PM

CHELMSFORD, MA

THIS POSITION HAS THE POTENTIAL TO BECOME A HYBRID SCHEDULE AFTER PROBATIONARY PERIOD IS COMPLETED

$30/HR

Qualifications:

• 2 years of order entry/processing experience from manufacturing/distribution

• ERP / MRP software knowledge

• Microsoft Office proficient

• Detail oriented

• Fast paced worker

Responsibilities:

• Order Processing: Enter and process over 100 customer orders per day received via phone, fax, and email.

• Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, shipment tracking, and general product questions.

• Order Management: Handle order-to-cash processes, including Proof of Delivery (POD) and Bill of Delivery (BOD) related to orders.

• ERP Software Utilization: Utilize ERP software for accurate and timely order entry.

• Order Tracking and Resolution: Monitor and track orders, resolving any issues that arise to ensure customer satisfaction.

• New Order Generation: Assist in generating new orders and maintaining customer records.

• General Inquiries: Address other general questions or concerns from customers.

• Collaboration: Work closely with field sales representatives to ensure seamless order processing and customer service.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr.
