H.D. Reynolds, located in Cheshire, MA, is looking for an experienced and eager Sales Associate to sell Kioti Tractors and Woods attachments. Essential Duties: - Consistently deliver superior customer service - Lead with professionalism - Have highly developed organizational skills - Strong attention to details - Excellent follow-up skills and deadline driven - An advanced exhibit of strong teamwork - Thrive in a multi-directional, fast-moving environment - Proficient computer and office software skills - Maintain a clean and professional workspace - Strong focus on safety for yourself and others - Learn and stay updated on the product lines - Excellent attendance - Willing to go the extra Mile Education and Qualifications: - High School Diploma required - Must have at least 2 years\' experience in Sales working on a commission-based salary. - Must be 21 or over - Must have a valid Massachusetts License - Must have a clean driving record - Experience in Agriculture, Farming, Heavy Equipment, or other related fields not necessary but preferred. - Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and Internet functions, database software, and computer application systems - Solid organizational, interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills - Ability to operate efficiently with a solutions approach - Ability to work flexible hours within seasonal peak times - Extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching overhead. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. without assistance regularly. - The position also requires grasping with both hands, pushing and pulling, working around moving machinery, driving a vehicle, extensive hours on a computer, hearing normal tones, speaking, and seeing.
