Job Description As a critical member of the Graduate Admission and Financial Aid team, this position supports strategic enrollment efforts through data and business analysis, financial aid modeling, CRM management, as well as recruitment and yield activities for the team. Under the direction of the Associate Dean, this includes responsibility for reporting prospect, application, student, and financial aid data, as well as detailed analysis of these data. This position then creates recommended strategies to enhance recruitment efforts, as well as creating financial aid models to enhance enrollment yield. This role requires an ability to work with and analyze large amounts of data independently and should have significant experience in this area, as this position holds primary responsibility for advising the Associate Dean with supporting data. This position is also responsible for reviewing and approving financial aid awards in the student system. Responsibilities include: Creating and pulling reports from university systems (primarily focusing on the CRM), analyzing data using statistical analysis tools, and formulating recommendations and strategies for increasing enrollment and strategic use of financial aid. Also tracks enrollments, attrition, re-enrollments, and cross-registrations across the school. Supporting the university-wide CRM initiative and implementation within the Graduate Admissions and Financial Aid operation Analyzing business processes and makes recommendations to improve efficiency of processes related to operations and financial aid Supporting recruitment and yield events held by the Office through travel for recruitment events, if needed. One-on-one admissions counseling to diverse populations. Reviewing and approving financial aid decisions in the student system Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $55,600 to $69,500; salary commensurate with relevant experience. Requirements BA required and Master's degree preferred Requires a minimum of three years higher education professional level admissions, financial aid, or enrollment management experience. Must have high level analytical skills and experience with data reporting, data analysis, and use of analysis tools to create detailed reports and strategic recommendations. Experience with multivariate data analysis, such as multiple regression, logistic regression, or machine learning required Must be able to implement new technologies to improve efficiencies.
