Job Description
The Executive Education & Advisory Content Developer is responsible for contributing to the development, roll-out and execution of new place-based and e-learning programs and for helping to manage the continual improvement of existing programs by conducting research and producing learning materials.
Reporting to the Director, Executive Education & Advisory Products, responsibilities include:
Research, write, and otherwise develop the content needed to create new learning modules and programs and to improve existing offerings
Developing static and interactive learning materials. Fact check and test online and in-person content
Provide content and program management support to broader Center events
Routinely seek to understand client needs and interests and propose and subsequently develop programmatic and curricular responses
Protect the Center brand in the development of new program content
Determine the best possible sources of information based on a thorough review and assessment of materials
Title and salary commensurate with relevant experience based on the following titles and hiring ranges:
Executive Education & Advisory Content Developer (0-3 yrs related experience): $ 52,350- $65,450
Senior Executive Education & Advisory Content Developer (3+ yrs directly related professional experience): $57,850- $72,300
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Excellent library and primary source research skills
Solid analytical, organizational, and rhetorical skills
Facility with PowerPoint, and other presentation platforms such as Articulate. Some HTML desirable; Tableau experience desirable
Excellent communication, time management, project management and curriculum development skill
Must understand teaching/learning fundamentals
