Competitive salary ranges from 68,640 - 85,800 per year (based on experience and education).

As an Assistant Director you will:

  • Incorporate our company mission, culture, and values to maintain an inclusive environment and positive relationships with families, staff, and clients

  • Regularly monitor the center’s programs to assess program quality and that the children’s learning is effectively documented and visible

  • Lead compliance with licensing and accreditation standards, health and safety protocols, company policies, and new employee orientation

What we hope you will bring to this role:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • Associate degree in early childhood education or related field required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • At least two years of leadership, mentoring, or coaching experience required

  • Two to four years of professional child care teaching experience required; experience working in a NAEYC-accredited center strongly preferred

Center Specific Requirement:

  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and received COVID-19 booster and flu shot to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.

Compensation Range: 68,640 - 85,800 per year
