Bright Horizons Child Care Teacher in Chestnut, Massachusetts

Child Care Teacher positions are available at the following Mass General & Brigham Women's Child Care Centers, managed by Bright Horizons locations:

  • MGH Children's Center - Charlestown

  • Mass General Hospital & Brigham and Women's Hospital Backup Child Care Centers are located in Boston and Chestnut Hill

  • McClean Child Care Center - Belmont

Full-time and part-time positions now available with Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool. Our centers are offering competitive salaries for Teacher positions - salary ranges from $ 21.75 to 26.35 per hour - based on education and experience.

We are currently offering a $1000. hiring incentive expires on 9/30/22 - eligibility requirements apply.

As a Child Care Teacher, you will:

  • Create and lead activities based on your observations of the children’s interests and needs.

  • Communicate daily with parents. Document and share the important milestones in their child’s day.

  • Keep the classroom safe and clean by following important procedures and guidelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required

  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree preferred

  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred

  • Candidates must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19, and received COVID-19 booster and flu shot to ensure compliance with enhanced health and safety protocols and to keep yourself and others safe and free from illness.
