Role Overview

Sodexo is seeking a Food Services Manager 2 for Emerson Hospital located in Concord, MA. In this role, you will report to the Multiservice GM and oversee frontline culinary and food service workers. The schedule for this role is 11:00am-7:30pm , Monday-Friday, and includes coverage for every other weekend. Employees at this location eat and park for free!

What You'll Do

• have oversight of food service operations and coordinate tasks through frontline staff

• deliver high quality food services including patient meal management, catering and retail

• develop and maintain effective client and customer relationships

• ensure compliance with HACCP, regulatory and standards and that Sodexo standards are met

What You Bring

• previous food service and/or healthcare experience

• strong time management skills

• have been responsible for cash handling and reporting

• effective leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct a team of frontline employees
