Greet customers and determine their party size and seating needs. Maintain and manage a waitlist for all parties and seat and assign tables to a server in a timely manner. Answer phones and answer general questions as well as manage takeout orders or delegate orders to appropriate employees. Check and inspect all plated meals received from line cooks for accuracy and quality. Deliver plated food to appropriate parties. Assemble salads as specified on kitchen tickets in the order they are received. Break down and clean / sanitize workstations at the end of the shift.
