Fire & Sirens LLC Prep Cook in Cotuit, Massachusetts
Sets up equipment and stocks other necessary supplies; prepares food for daily service - cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces (knife skills preferred). Prepares menu items according to specified procedures and recipes. Must maintain cleanliness and compliance with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage. Cleans and sanitizes work area including all cooking and prep surfaces at the end of the shift. Experience: 1 Year Serve Safe certifications preferred but not required
