Job Description:

The Division of Corporate and Professional Education invite applications for the following anticipated instructor vacancy for winter 2019:

SHRM Learning System Certification Prep Course

Location: Danvers Campus

Dates: February 12, 2019 - May 21, 2019

Time: 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm

Days: Tuesday

Prepare students for the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP credentials. The course focuses on teaching and testing the practical, real-life information including knowledge, skills, and behavioral competencies that HR professionals need to excel in their careers today.

Requirements:

  • Must be an HR professional who has gone through the pathway to earn their SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

  • A bachelor's degree in related field required

  • Knowledge of teaching or training experience is preferred.

  • Position requires preparing a syllabus complete with learning objectives and assessment outcomes.

  • Successful experience interacting with culturally diverse populations.

Additional Information:

Salary commensurate with education and experience.
