Tiny Hands Enrichment Center Lead Teacher in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts

Tiny Hands Enrichment Center, a renowned and esteemed daycare facility, which be opening it\'s latest location in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Lead Teacher to join our dedicated team. As a Lead Teacher, you will have the opportunity to impart knowledge, inspire young minds, and contribute to the growth and development of children in our care. This position requires certification through the Early Education and Care (EEC) and a minimum of five years of relevant teaching experience. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum based on EEC guidelines - Foster a nurturing and stimulating environment conducive to children\'s growth and development - Address individual learning needs and create customized educational plans accordingly - Maintain a safe and secure environment for children, prioritizing their overall well-being - Conduct regular assessments and provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding child\'s progress - Collaborate with a team of educators to plan and implement engaging activities and events - Communicate effectively with parents, ensuring open lines of communication regarding their child\'s development - Stay informed about current best practices in early childhood education and continuously seek professional development opportunities - Uphold all relevant regulations and policies outlined by EEC and Tiny Hands Enrichment Center Qualifications: - Certified through the Early Education and Care (EEC), with a valid certification in Massachusetts - Minimum of five years of experience as a lead teacher in a daycare or preschool setting - Proficient in developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum plans - Demonstrate a sound understanding of child development theories and practices - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a classroom effectively - Shows compassion, patience, and understanding towards children of diverse backgrounds and abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Current certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable At Tiny Hands Enrichment Center, we prioritize the well-being and holistic development of every child entrusted to our care.
